About Valentina Grub
Valentina is a historian and author specializing in late medieval textiles and embroidery. She earned her undergraduate degree in Medieval & Renaissance Literature and Classical Civilization at Wellesley College, and her master's and PhD at the University of St. Andrews, Scotland. She is a Fellow and an elected Trustee of the Burgon Society, and is pursing a diploma in hand embroidery from the Royal School of Needlework.
